| CUSTOM ORDER INSTRUCTIONS |

YOU MAY WANT TO USE YOUR MAIN BROWSER TO PRINT A COPY OF THESE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE YOU BEGIN TO ORDER A CUSTOM AEROLITE FRAME. To order a CUSTOM AEROLITE FRAME: 1. Select the Catalog/Order tab on the site menu bar on the left. 2. Select Custom Aerolite Frame. 3. Select Bobtail Fender if you want your name to be at the bottom of the frame. -or- Select Regular Fender if you want your name to be at the top of the frame. 4. Select Buy Now. 5. Select Resume Shopping to add artwork to bracket your name. (This option is only available when the total count of your letters, spaces and punctuation is 12 characters or less.) 6. Select Custom Aerolite Frame at the very top of the page to access the Artwork section of the catalog. 7. Select Artwork 8. Select Buy Now for one design. The artwork will be lasered on each side of your name. The name of the Artwork design will show up as a NO CHARGE item in your SHOPPING BASKET. 9. Select Checkout Basket or Check out via Standard Server. 10. Enter all contact and shipping information. If available, please include your email address so that we can contact you if we have a question on your order. 11. Enter the characters for your customized name selection in the box at the bottom of the page called: Enter any special delivery instructions here. Be very careful to type your custom order request exactly as you want it to appear on your frame. Only use punctuation that you actually want to see...as we do cut quotation marks, apostrophes, commas and periods when noted. 12. Click Continue 13. Enter credit card information and complete your order by selecting the Submit button. International shipping costs will be quoted individually and added to the total of your invoice.
